Service Contract No response

Service Contract No response

I have service contract from Canonical and I am not been able to contact
them I have tried all their numbers for U.S and london and no one seems to
respond? I have even tried e-mail and there is no response. This is going
on since 3 business days.
I apologize for posting this here but I have no idea what else to do?
Any help in this matter will be appreciated
